School-age children are at an ideal age to learn to eat well, be active and feel good about themselves. The Mission Nutrition* program provides educators with exciting learning adventures to teach children about healthy living at school. And because we know that healthy habits start at home, we've created lots of fun and easy ways for you to make healthy living come alive at home too!

The Mission Nutrition* program focuses on instilling healthy eating habits in school age children in Kindergarten to Grade 8. The tips, tools and activities in our family area can help you learn about Canada’s Food Guide together. Pre-school children over the age of two and teenagers can also benefit from following the healthy eating principals in Canada’s Food Guide.
